How to Register for OneKey


Important Note:

OneKey, the 2FA device from Assurity is free of charge to all eligible Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents.

Once your device is activated, you can proceed to seamlessly link with your Online Service Providers. If you do not currently have an Online Service Provider, you may hold on to your device and link it once your Service Provider comes on board. For a list of Online Service Providers, log on to http://www.onekey.sg/your-onekey/sp-list.html.

Foreigners with FIN Card may register online and collect their device at the OneKey Customer Care Centre.


Click on the "Register for OneKey" button below to enter the online registration portal.

OneKey registration guide

Step 1

Select “Register for OneKey”, followed by either the NRIC or FIN option.


Step 2

Read the “Terms & Conditions” carefully. You have to accept the “Terms & Conditions” before you can proceed to the next step.


Step 3

Enter your NRIC details as requested in the fields shown. Click “Next” to proceed to the next page.


Step 4

Enter your personal information in the space provided. Click “Next” to proceed to the next step.


Step 5

Check your personal details and click “Next” to proceed to the next step if the information is correct; otherwise, click “Back” to amend the information.


Step 6

You will see a message informing you of the successful registration for your OneKey security device. Click “Print” to print the message and/or “Close” to end the session. You should receive your OneKey within three working days and your pin-mailer password within five working days. If you do not receive your OneKey and pin-mailer password within the stipulated timeframe, call our OneKey Customer Care Centre at (65) 65663539 (OKONEKEY).
