Letter of Authorisation
You can authorise someone to collect your PIN mailer and token (if selected) on your behalf. The authorised person must bring the official letter of authorisation (LOA). You can download the official LOA here. The authorised person must also bring both parties' original NRICs/FIN cards and the authorising person's mobile phone if SMS OTP is the preferred 2FA method.
